Please help

I hopei will find someone experienced with Nikon lenses.
Myson accidentally sit on our Nikon D700 and break a plastic part of the lenses support.

Below picture showing the broken plastic piece of the Nikon nikkor 18-105 VR lens

I have made some research and find the below on eBay, but don't know if it is the part I need?

Looks like the right part, but I have never done this. I bought one for cheap just to have on hand back when I had the 105, but never needed it. Make sure you have the right screwdrivers and find a tray to work on in case you drop one. There are videos on youtube, here is one:
