Do you have a last photo of the year ritual?

Every year I spend the last 15 minutes of the year photographing this pizza parlor that's located in a historic building on a historic street. In that 15 minutes, everyone that walks through is composited into the photograph making it my last photo I shoot each year. Does anyone else have a last photo or something that they specifically shoot every year marking some point?

Very interesting George, but no, I don't have that kind of ritual. I'm just glad that I'm still alive and somewhat coherent at the end of each year.:)

That is an interesting idea. I need to think on that a bit. If I can come up with one it will be earlier in the day :)

Hi,

nearly the last picture of last year...
We were on holidays in Iceland.
My plan for THE ultimate picture: Me and my wife with fireworks ánd Northern Light in one picture...
Took this pic with the 10 seconds timer function of my cam.
New Years eve, 9.30-10.00 PM:
THE light... Iceland by Ad v.d. Biggelaar, on Flickr
Didn't bother to much buying fireworks in Iceland, to busy visiting all places, to busy enjoying our holidays.
Main thing: We saw Northern Lights with our own eyes!!!
Yeah!!
