HELP- Nikkor 400mm & 70 - 200mm

Hi guys, it's my first thread here so apologies if I am posting in the wrong forum.
So I bought a Nikkor 400mm f2.8 and Nikon ED AF-S 70-200 f2.8G VR
The 400mm lens seem to dust in the inner glass and front glass, would it be affect picture quality and how can I clean it? Also I didn't seem to find much information about them regarding price and specs. What's it worth in its current condition
Secondly, the 70-200mm. The focus rings goes beyond what's it supposed to go to. And price wise, what's it worth? And is it posted to put Sony alpha adapter on them?

Minor internal dust is nothing to worry about.

Not sure what to say about the focus ring on the 70-200. How do you know how far it's supposed to go?

As for value, I always use Ebay's Sold Listings feature.

Like Sparky mentioned, I've found the "sold listings" on Ebay to be pretty accurate for whatever location I'm looking at in determining resale value.

It'll also depend on which version of the 400mm it is

The little window like indicator at the front camera that moves as you focus goes past the value listed. as for the 400mm, its the old one CT 400

Minimum focus, or infinity? It's common for a lens to go past infinity. And minimum focus may be closer than the lowest number on the scale.

The focus ring will also keep going, but it won't actually be focusing, just turning the ring.
