Are you selling your FX nikon right now?

I'm curious. If you selling your FX Nikon right now please post. :)
If so what model and why are you selling it? I'm especially interested if your selling it to upgrade,to jump ship to another brand or type of camera, and what made you want to.

Here is why I'm asking. First because I'm looking to start saving up for a FX Nikon and want to hear why you decided the model you have is no longer satisfying your camera needs!
Second I'm very interested in what new model you figure will fill your needs better.
Third is if your switching brands, types or both, then what is attracting you towards the other brand, type, or both.

I think it's smart to pick up any info that might effect what direction I might wish to go or at least think about going. I'm trying to keep an open mind, even though I tend to be very brand loyal. Because a closed mind won't get me anywhere! Lol :)

I'm learning that function and tech are huge reasons for changes, rather to upgrade or even to switch brand or type of cameras. I'm not here to point out any models or brands that are popular for those selling off their FX Nikon's, since that varies. But the why of it is often new tech, or expanded features not supplied by their current model. So one of the things I'm looking for is what made them dissatisfied with their current FX nikon. But so far it isn't about negative issues with current models, but superior things they find in other models or brands even.
I'm finding this topic very interesting! :)

You don't have to post here, PM's will work fine if you want to help me but you don't particularly want to advertise what you might consider to be private information.:)

I've just traded my D800e for a D810. Reason? Bought a D4s a little while back to supplement my D4, and was so blown away by the low light capability of the Expeed 4 processor that I wanted to try out the D810.
In conclusion, the D810 rocks in the low light stakes whereas before, the D800 couldn't focus to save its arse in low light. Just wish Nikon would've taken off the stupid built in flash and put wifi in it.

Cool thank you! So low light capabilities and WiFi are the things you were looking for beyond what the D800 had. Yes that makes sense. :)

I'm dying for the D810 as I was already planning to upgrade to a D800e so just a matter of saving up some shekels....which will be a while. :)

Yes, got the low light capability now Bill, just wish they could've added WI-Fi, I use the D4s and D800e connected using a WT5 and in the d800e also having to use a UT-1.
Makes it great for tethering to an ipad, but it's such an ungainly combination whereas Nikon could've added a wireless module inside the body.

Thank you! I hadn't realized that WiFi was that useful on DSLRs until now! :D
