The leaves are falling fast!. I get to teach a class in a beautiful setting on Saturday. Weather forcast is for only 10% chance of rain. We have had such a wet fall, that the leaves are falling quickly. Not as much color as past years, but can still find some bright trees.

Teaching photography puts the mind in another perspective. Plus, walking around during the photo sessions adds more layers as the questions come flying at you. I prefer teaching to experienced photographers, but always fun either way.

so enjoyed teaching at an all day photo shoot. Typically, I shoot on my own and not as a group. Three or four times a year I teach a group of folks that sign up for either a day or weekend shoot.

This is a nice format, as a bit of lecture with a specific theme, and the rest of the time we shoot pictures. Photographers can ask questions all day long on how to improve or obtain a shot. Skill ranged from immediate to advance immediate.

I end up shooting a lot of shots also, to both compare settings, and well for my own pleasure. Spent the whole rainy day editing shots.
