Vegas D800 trip

ah,, what a great town for photography, and of course the sites around vegas,

First,, hear is a portrait of me doing street photography,,





ah,, the streets of Vegas at night




and then there are the photo ops outside of the city,,





Not to mention the scenery




almost don't know where to start in the editing, so,, just randomly selecting shots to start, it will take me weeks to edit the whole set, but that is part of the fun.

I love the night photography. I would have shot the Bellagio water fountains.

Oh,, I have those too, including from the air from the Eilfel Tower Platform 400 feet up.

I shot this with my 15 mm 3.5,, never used it as macro, but darn, it does a nice job.. what a gem of a lens. find them why you can!

I've been to Vegas a couple times for CES/PMA, but never had time to go outside of the city a bit. Great shots!

I got this one last year right before the fountains went off:

yes,, I was at a conference too, but I almost always carve time out for photography pre/during/post.

Many of the Vegas area shots need stitching to really capture, even with my wide angle, the space is just so expansive. Like:
