Unable to take still photo on Nikon Z50ii while recording

Hello, I am unable to take a still photo with my Nikon Z50ii while recording video.
I never had this issue with my Nikon Z50. I have searched the internet and Nikon with
no answers. Anyone one else having this problem?

Did you see this? It's not specific to the Z50ii, but Should be applicable to all Z cameras.

Hello all, I went to B&H to see if I could get the answer about not being able to capture a still while recording. After some troubleshooting with a very knowledgeable and helpful salesperson we came to this conclusion. Nikon has removed this feature from all of their new Z cameras. We can confirm that the Z9, Z8, Z6iii and the Z50ii do not have this availability and we can assume that the new Z5ii will also be included. We were baffled why Nikon would remove this feature. At least there are other workarounds to capturing a still.
