Strange issue of image size from Z6ii

Hi, I had this strange issue on my z6ii when I tried to use some raw images (nightscape) shot in Oct 2022 for an experimental stacking run with Siril. Since I did not shoot darks, biases, and flats in 2022, I must make up before running Siril (by following a tutorial). So I set up my z6ii with the same lens with the same settings (some changes for the biases and flats) and took all shots as specified in the tutorial. Siril started a script smoothly and made three masters to calibrate... then failed! Citing all images must have the same size. I was surprised and went back to check... and found out all calibration images (RAW) are 6048x4024 however, the RAW lights are 5176X3448 (shot in 2022). I dig into the menu and see the three options for RAW size are 6048x4024 (large), 4528×3016 (medium), and 3024×2016 (small). The issue: the size of the RAW lights is off. I see there is no way to set the RAW size as 5176x3448 on z6ii. So where did that RAW size come in 2022? And how do I make up calibration shots in that size? Any idea or help? Thanks

First off, the calibration shots are not required in SIRIL. They just potentially filter out sensor noise and establish a better white/black reference. I have not done the calibration shots to date.

For the file sizes, what comes to mind is new firmware or possibly using one of the crop modes without realizing it.

The new version of Siril has many automation functions that fit well for lazy old people like me. :)

Firmware updates could be the cause, but not sure. I never used crop mode and there is no crop size as 5176x3448.
