Solved: Firmware update for D610

Hello everyone, I am glad to have found this place. Many years ago, I used to do photography on mechanical cameras, that was long ago. I want to get back to photography, thinking that it should be like riding a bike, but this new bike is all electronic, so I am a bit overwhelmed. As I went through the menu, I discovered the firmware setting, which showed that I had firmware "c" to be 1.01, so I decided to upgrade it to 1.04. I have a Windows 10 computer, downloaded the file from Nikon to a folder on my PC. Then, I got the firmware upgrade file that I copied on an SD card with a reader on my PC. Put the SD card in the camera, and when I get into firmware version choice from the setup menu, I only get the option of a highlighted yellow choice of "done." There is no choice for an upgrade. Please tell me what I am doing wrong.

Your help is greatly appreciated,

TCPIP

Did you extract the file and copy D610_0104.bin to the root directory of the SD card.

I believe so, but I am attaching a picture to show you where I put it... Is that correct?

Just an added note here from Nikon:
Cameras with Two Memory Card Slots
If the camera allows you to select one slot as the primary slot and the
other as the secondary slot, insert the card into the slot currently selected
as the primary slot. Otherwise insert the card into Slot 1.
