This is a Prothonotary Warbler taken at Benjy Kinman WMA/ Lake. They love this lake and this one was sitting on a stump beside our boat almost an arms reach from Andy.
This is a female Summer Tanager she visited us this spring for a while until she figured out all the boys were at the other end of the street. The last picture is a male Summer Tanager at the other end of the street.
The Bobolink visits for their breeding season and leave as soon as the babies are able to take care of themselves. They are pretty easy to get a picture of during the mating part of the season, but after that it's quite a bit harder.
We have about 4 of these in our neighborhood. But one of the neighbors has a cat that has started hunting in their nesting area so they will probably abandon the area soon.
