D300s Saturated Yellow

Welcome to the website,
The ISO really needs to be 100,
Have a try in manual mode, with ISO at 100
Aperture at F8 and SS at 125, on a bright day that should be OK,
If still a little over exposed try SS at 250.
A little experiment with Shutter speed and aperture and you will get the shot spot on.
Edit, just found this yellow flower, f8 with shutter speed of 250.
