Dear all,
I have a D200 since 2006 which was in very good condition until yesterday!
The AF does not detect focus anymore, which leads the lens focus sweeps over the whole range until it stops by not having found any focus. If I go to manual focus, I always have the in-focus dot on, never the arrows, as if it was always in focus. So it seems something is wrong with the sensors, but the motor control seems to work.
I have tried with several lenses (two IF's and an old 50mm f:1.8 with no focusing motor), same result.
The camera did not fall between the working and non-working condition (and never had any fall anyway)
Is my body dead?
