Since the parakeets were a bust, we headed over to Gumbo Limbo. Saw the Bananaquit for about 10 seconds and it disappeared. Got these instead. Orb Weaver

This turtle was crossing the road when we arrived. By the time we stopped the car, it was on the side of the road. It's covered in canal stuff.

Friday, we went back to shoot the Monk Parakeets. Bedners was shooting off cannons to keep the wildlife off the crops. This was the only shot of them before they disappeared.
