So it was the shot of my little feet that sold you on the upgrade huh? Lol ;) I will be upgrading my battery grip batteries too, to the D3 batteries! Increases shots per second and longer run time too. I hope you'll get and love your new D300s Paul buddy! :)

Thanks buddy! I am enjoying this Nikon quite a bit, as it is so much like the D300 I use to have but better! Lol :) It is nice to have a DX to play with again, though I still love my FX Nikon's too! Lol :D

Yep the D700 is a great camera too! I almost sold mine, but I just couldn't stand the thought of losing it. Lol :)

PS. The one thing I did wrong is in waiting so long to buy good tripod cases. The better quality your tripod is, the more urgent getting a protective case should be. @hark Cindy brought it more to my attention, as buying high dollar equipment was getting the most attention before and as my money...
