Bipod

I find tripods annoying because they simply take too long to set up. When hunting bugs, often the bugs are gone before I'm done.

I tried a monoleg first but it wasn't that great. Last night I was thinking about sniper rifles and and machine guns. I decided to apply that concept to my tripod.

I removed everything of the tripod that was irrelevant and added some parts of old kitchen spotlights I refitted. Like this I can either fix the pod into standing position or move it below the cam/lens when not needed.
