lots of nice shots in here Derek

Thanks!

Thats one of our Aussie Bush Turkey's, protected by law these days, once sought after for the pot.
A few of the old timers that I know, still talk about eating them back in their day.
I suspect one old guy I know might still trap one occasionally.

I used to live in Brisbane when I was small and had loads in our back garden scratting around the bush (unsuprisingly!)

Three more from near Cairns

Thanks Don, funnily enough I've not really tried it again, just seemed to really suit the lights on the tree (and the McDonalds sign ; )

A couple of photos of Sydney bay

Thanks pat, It was a very windy day and not quite as sunny as I would have liked but good fun walking round it none-the-less

Now some shots from the Blue Mountains and the aforementioned wild echinda. Went for a walk for about 20mins and got to a completely deserted outcrop with this little guy waddling around

Well, I've not been around for a bit. Been busy processing my (many) shots from Goodwood Festival of Speed and writing a dissertation so not found much time for psoting here..

However, while searching through my photos for a local photo competition, I found some photos and thought I'd start my thread back up :)

Two photos from a local ruined abbey, and one of the trees at the bottom of the garden.
