I would like to know how to Bracket one shot (3 pictures) in the following way first - how i see it second - one aperture down third - one aperture UP all by pressing the "shutter-release button" one time i have seen this done in "white balance" but not in aperture any ideas

I live in the U.S. and can i use the International connector instead of the long cord to charge the battery..... I travel a lot and am trying to cut down weight and bulk... Thanks for the help
