I think at least a few of us around here have/use the Yongnuo 565EX. I've had mine for some time and love it.

One of our regular posters, and resident Grand Master of Flash, @WayneF posted this review of the Yongnuo 565EX. You may want to read it over.

The $55 price of VK750 II (and the favorable reviews at Amazon) does get ones attention.
Plus Neewer does claim a six months US warranty from approved US/UK vendors.
