we get it with the short connection to the Los Angeles place, its going ok, still can only upload one at a time, get the invalid attachments now and then.
Sorry to ask as from experience i know it often makes no difference but have you tried logging out and back in,changing browsers,clearing cache,or even removing you current browser and reinstalling.
