Seems too be alot of bird shots how about everone starts their own thread and keep posting to it??

I'm sure I've miss some good pics but I'm not going back through pages to see them.

any one want to see someone's they can just find thier thread and follow them

Works for me -- I know I've missed things that deserve a close look. And I can stop worrying about folks getting bored; having a separate thread will make it easier to skip to the good stuff.

I tend to agree. The idea of specific lens or specific camera threads seems pointless and unwieldy to me. The forum gets filled with repeat posts and threads. No such thing as a perfect solution tho ;)

Anyone is welcome to start their own thread and post to it. BUT a lot of people enjoy bird shots or bird in flight shots and like having all of them in one thread so they see them all in one place without having to go to several threads to see them.

So we let the users decide how they want to do it.

One could have there own thread and still post a few to a group thread adding a link just like folks add links to their website or Flickr page.

Just a thought.

If everyone starts their own thread then the pics will be even more spread out and hard to find, IMO.
