Download Pictures from Nikon D3100

I am looking for a recommendation for capture software for my D3100. Can someone recommend this software. I am looking to shoot right into my computer and then edit with Photoshop. I would prefer not to have to remove the memory card each time I want to download images into my computer.

I do product show casing for websites, and it can be a drag, stopping to remove and download the images from the card... HELP!

I'm not sure there is another solution for the D3100, other than Eye-fi cards, since it does not have built in WiFi. The D5300 and D5500, have built-in WiFi but the D3100 does not.

The Nikon wireless adapter, the WU-1a/b *might* be an option but it sticks in my mind it's not compatible with the D3100.
