Hi ! I own my d90 for about 10 year's now , but I am still new to it , due to my works I got no time to get around with it , and one day I found that I am taking outdoor want to take picture and found that inside my view finder got a shadow in it , after I take out my len and see nothing on it , so I try to cover it with my hand and did saw some kind of white shadow on the top of the shutter len , that one looks like plastic thing , if you looking through the len is light grey or cholate color , so I decide to use the cleaner to clean it but I couldn't clean it off from there , so is it anyone having the same problem too , is it any solution on how clean it or just leave it , I did try to take few photo and saw nothing on the picture , which mean only on that white plastic , but I feel uncomfortable with it , so hope to have someone can help here , thanks :)

After reading your post 3 times, I have to admit that I don't understand what you are taking about. I would advise you to go to the camera store near you and have someone have look at it. Going with your problem description, it would be fortune telling to tell you what to do.

Sorry that I can't help more and I hope you find someone to actually look at it and find the problem.

That smudge seems to be on the focusing screen. Maybe it is a fingerprint? It will not show up in the pictures, and it is in the corner where it will not hamper metering, so my first advice is to just forget it.

As a matter of fact the smudge could also be on the mirror and just reflected up onto the focusing screen. Have you double checked the mirror? Even in this case it doesn't matter, since it is in the corner and won't affect autofocus. The reflex mirror is delicate and the silvering is on the topside of the glass, unlike your regular mirrors, thus it is very easily damaged by rubbing.

A cotton swab and some clean isopropyl alcohol with a steady hand would get rid of fingerprints or similar smudges.

In the worst case the smudge can be under the focusing screen and on the prism, but I wonder what that could be in that case... some kind of liquid spill? It does not look like fungus to me. I don't know if your camera has user-removable focusing screen, and even if it has there's probably shims between the screen and the prism that could get damaged, so I wouldn't try to remove the screen myself.

If the smudge isn't anything obvious, I'd let it be, unless you are comfortable fixing delicate things. It is probably not very cost-effective to have your camera serviced by a professional technician, since the cleaning effort might cost more than the camera.

No its not finger print , I never touch that plastic before nor the glass too , but there is one time that plastic got fungus on it , and I go shop ask for help they tell me us medical use alcohol to clean it off , so I did it and all good after clean , and also there is nothing on anymore , and I just found it last few day's , so I take my magnifier to take a look , but seen nothing on it , but when you see through the view finder then you can see it , and I take out my len and block it with hand let some light in then can see some white thing too .
I wonder if this thing is at the back of that plastic ?

The image looks like a finger print or fungus. If the camera was stored with relatively high humidity, I would assume fungus. There are only a few surfaces that would show up, on the mirror, on the focusing screen(which is removable in case there is fungus on the top of it. Also the prism which would be a rare occurance and not have any impact on photos, and the last place where fungus could show up in the VF is the inside of the eyepiece. That is harder to get to and would require a camera tech do it. Does the white area get blurrier if you adjust the Dioptor adjustment near the eye piece. If it doesn't the smudge in on the inside of the eyepiece. If it gets get blurry, it is on the mirror, focusing screen or pentaprism. Good luck!
