Hi All,

So i have two issues that i am presently facing:

1) I am trying to connect to snapbridge via bluetooth but when i go in camera options to "connect to smart device", it keeps asking me for a password which i dont even remember setting up....hence i cannot connect. (WIFI keeps dropping)

2) Also noticed that even though my bluetooth is ON, it is NOT discoverable to be connected with DJI RS3 Pro.....

any help/guidance would be much appreciated! Many thanks in advance!

P.S: I do have the latest firmware version 1.20

I don't use a D850, so cannot help your problem. But I am sure someone will help you out shortly.

Try hooking your camera to Snapbridge with wifi.

Bluetooth connection on Snapbridge gives limited options.

Fire up Snapbridge on your phone. Choose remote photography. Follow the instructions until it prompts you to go to your camera.

Follow the instructions on your camera's menu in the connect to a smart device. Choose wifi and follow the prompts. You will have to go back to your phone and Snapbridge will take you to your camera settings for wifi. You will need to choose the wifi listed by the camera menu. The password for the wifi connection will be displayed on your camera. Mine is something like WNIKON_Z5. Yours will likely contain D850. Once you establish connection minimize the settings on your phone and go back to Snapbridge. You should be good to go at this point.

There are some excellent Youtube videos that will take you through it.

Try "0000" which is sort of a universal default bluetooth password.

I don't believe you can connect to other than Nikon devices with Snapbridge, so no DJI drone with the app.
