    Dynamic focus points

I set my focus to AF C d9. In everything I've read and youtube it shows a single square with 8 dots surounding the single square. My D850 shows only 5 dots. None on the left side. Is this normal? Anyone else see this in their camera?
    Thanks!

If I'm not mistaken, someone else reported the same issue within the last few weeks... Does the behavior go to normal if you change the d9 setting to more dots... or do the Dots(focus points) still line up on one side of the center focus point?

    Re: Dynamic focus points

Hi Fred, If I change to one of the other settings like d25 Then there are missing dots between the other squares. Same with d72.
I'll try to find the other thread and see if there were answers there.

Does this happen whereever you move the central focus point to or just when it is lear the edge of the focus point area?
