Great buy

I just bought a mint condition D810 with Nikon grip, 2 Nikon EN-EL 15's, 2 64gb CF cards and 2 64gb SDHC cards for $2000 Canadian. The body only has 2400 actuations so I'm a happy bunny!

Anyone got any words of advice or wisdom about the D810?

NO, I am NOT paring with the D500 just indulging in an FX backup body as all my lenses are FX.:):):)

Enjoy, just remember to take your time and get used to it. You may find with handholding you need to increase your shutter speed a bit more than normal.

Where did you find a deal like that? Congrats. I find camera gear here in Canada over priced. But I live in Nova Scotia where we pay more than the rest of Canada for everything.

You got a great deal. Have fun waiting for those HUGE files to import onto your computer. :)

I'm on my second D810 (wore out the 1st one), still have my D800 as a backup and if it's slow get a better computer. You can always go down on resolution but hard to go up if needed.
