Mainly, the color in the LCD being off and CLS not working all the time?
Any current owners having the issues reported on Nikon rumors?

I haven't notice any green color cast on my D800's LCD. Overall I found it to be an improvement over D700's LCD. But I will check carefully in all WB modes. I was actually surprised to read about it.
I rarely use the CLS mode and haven't used it yet on the D800, in fact I would have been happier without the built-in popup flash but with a built-in wireless transmitter for triggering strobes such as in the 5D MarkIII.
On my previous D700, I used to hate the CLS system as I found it not 100% reliable in certain situations.
The only weakness I found is the auto WB when used in incandescent light, it's not great. This doesn't affect my stills since I shoot in RAW, but can be a problem when shooting video I think. So I rely my WB card when doing videos.
Things like that were to be expected I'm afraid. But if those are the only reported issues, then my copy isn't bad.
