Missing long exposure time options in Manual Mode D800

I was out the other day and wanted to take some long exposures. With the camera in Manual mode I cycled through the settings but noticed that after reaching the 13" option the next setting was Bulb. So no 20", 25" or 30" options. However these values still show when the camera is in Shutter priority mode, anyone come across this before?

Does your aperture or ISO limit your settings? Can you see what the aperture and ISO is when in shutter priority (along with the shutter speed) - then can you replicate those exact same settings in Manual Mode?

Hi Hark, Thank you for your reply. It seems to be sorted! I'll come clean at this point and say that your response made me start working through all of the settings in various modes and I eventually noticed that the rear curtain flash symbol was showing on the top LCD display. Cancelled that and all working again as normal. I can only assume that whilst setting the camera up to shoot I must have touched the tiny little flash button on the front top left of the camera body, maybe whilst screwing in the remote release and that upset things. It's a really weird side effect and why it should only manifest itself in M mode I'm not sure but I am now back in love with my D800 again.

Ian, glad you were able to figure out the cause! :)
