Your first message stated, "Camera won't take picture, Camera won't take picture. Press the shutter button and nothing. No beep, no picture."
Then your latest message states, " Ok, thanks for the answers and let me explain better, I am an amateur and haven't been doing alot of shooting lately but when I was this would happen: I'll be shooting along doing fine and I'd go to take another picture and nothing would happen. No focus, no click, nothing. This right after just taking a picture. I would try to refocus, turn it off and on, try to get more light in the picture, wouldn't notice any error messages. Probably only happen twice in an hour of shooting. Once I tried to take two pics of the same scene, kinda dark, the first pic took the second one didn't. After I would fool with camera for a while it would start working again. I use auto focus, AF-C, different lenses but I haven't noticed if it just does it with one lens, shoot usually in Aperture mode. I've had the camera about 3 years and it's only started doing this in the last year. Lately I have changed how I save the pics, used to just save in jpeg, but I've started saving in RAW+jpeg. Could this have anything to do with this? Thanks guys for any hints. Think I'm gonna go out and run off about 1000 pics and take some notes."
The more I look at your 2 entries, the more I am convinced that you might have a card issue. Your first entry looked like the entire camera had an issue and camera was essentially dead. But your second entry makes a lot more sense that it might be a card issue. It does sound like if you take a single photo, wait a little and shoot another photo, everything works OK. But, you run out a series of rapid shots, you then have a camera/picture/card problem. I hope this solves your problem.
