    I concur with Mike above. You will likely need to send the lens into Sigma for an update unless the lens works with the Sigma dock and you have the dock.

    I took the lens to the official Sigma office in my city and explained my issue, and the tech told me that it's a known problem and that it's not rectified, but he assured me that OS was actually off despite the VR indictor still being displayed one the lcd monitor.

    Well, not the best of news, but at least it is one you can live with.
