Converting Nef to JPEG

I using Capture NX-D software and previously had no problem. Today all my JPEGS are coming out small. Is this due to a camera setting? Or is there a way to adjust the size of the conversion JPEG? Please advise.

When exporting raw files NX-D allows you to specify output file type (.JPG, .TIFF, etc.), as well as image-size, all in one dialog box. What you plan on using the image for will determine the output size. For posting online, for instance, something around 1,000 pixels is fine.
