My current gear.

Camera Bodies
D750
A600

Lens
Sigma 35 1.4 Art
Nikkor 50 1.8 G
Nikkor 85 1.8 G
Tamron 70-200 2.8 VC USD
2 Basic zooms for the A6000(Mainly for my wifes use)

I love my Tamron. Personally, I shoot it over any other lens I have(given the distance restraints). As the colder months are hitting, I am moving alot of my people pictures indoors and am also getting alot of requests for indoor/event/on location stuff.

My problem, I planning on purchasing a lens, Portrait/Child photography mainly. My 50 1.8g just doesn't WoW me and given the opportunity I keep grabbing the 70-200 over the 85 1.8g. While my sigma 35 Art wows me outside on my scenic shots it is failing my insidet. It also, isn't a preferred Focal length by me, it seems like I am always looking for slightly wider or slightly closer.

My budget allows for a few different lens combinations that I have been trying to do research on. Remember, I use my 70-200 80% of the time compared to all 3 of the others 20% of the time and I am a firm believer to if it is not being used I don't need it.

Options:

Keep the current 3 primes and Purchase Tamron 24-70($1099) and given I like the colors of the 70-200 I feel this is the perfect fit.

Or sell the current 3 primes and purchase these combinations which all include a ~50mm lens which is preferred by me over the 35mm Focal Length.

Sigma 20(or 24) Art and Sigma 50 Art - Gives me down to 20mm for scenic(Which I suck at but really enjoy)
Sigma 24-35 Art and Sigma 50 Art - Only gets me to 24mm but zooming into 35 which I am already used to seems intriguing
Tamron 15-30 and Sigma 50 Art - This wide zoom is probably the most intriguing to me but is at 2.8 instead of 1.4 or 2.0
Tamron 24-70 and Sigma 50 Art - Most logical solution IMHO
Nikkor 58 1.4 - What I REALLLLLLLY want but just cant seem to pull the trigger. The examples I see just seem like the perfect waist up(adult) full body child lens.

Basically I got 3 Lenses collecting dust and have a need for a better wide and normal lens. Only a budget of 1k + whatever I can get for the 3 lenses I do not use(which does anyone know of a good value of?).

Thanks for reading and sorry about the rant.

Some recent photos. 1 with the 50 1.8 1 with the 35 and 2 with the 70-200. They aren't perfect but from where I have came from they are a lot better.

Dunno about your lens concerns but I think your sample pics are outstanding, all of them. Nicely done.

Not personally interested in Tamron gear but it sounds like keeping all your gear and adding the 24-70 Tammy would make you happy.

Yeah the issue is I don't touch the 50 and 85 at all typically unless I have too.

It seems like the more my hobby turns into a business the more I like the ability to zoom to get multiple perspectives without moving much.

How much for each lens? The 85mm especially! :)
