It looks to me that the camara it's working fine. However I can't see any info at the viewfinder (aperture, speed and so on). I already took some actions but with no results.
It's a setup issue or any malfunction? How can I to fix this?
Regards

Is this after you do a half press of the shutter? If the body is in standby, nothing will display. But if you press the shutter halfway, the info should appear.

Welcome aboard. Enjoy the ride.
We look forward to seeing more posts and samples of your work.

With the camera on and while looking though the viewfinder, what happens if you press the i button (bottom left button on rear of camera)? You should now see your data in the bottom center of the viewfinder. Also if you turn the camera off and back on while looking through the viewfinder, you should see your information for a few seconds, then they will disappear. At least, this is how my D7200 works.

Hi, when I press i in the viewfinder doesn't happen nothing and in the monitor appear a menu. While looking through the viewfinder and switching off and on it's the same thing. I wonder if it isn't something in the setup.
Pressing the shooter it appear both the grid and the focals points in red but nothing more.

I searched online for answers but only came up with doing a camera body reset. If that fails, then the body would probably have to go to Nikon for repair. There were a couple instances of this happening to people but unfortunately no definite solutions were offered.
