Help with D7100 updates

I just purchased a used D7100 and the last update was C100. there are 3 updates that have not been done. My question is do I need to do each one or just do the last one.( will that include the earlier ones?

I cannot find anything that says otherwise, so I would do them all in the correct order.

Are they updates for things you use? I've never installed updates on any of my bodies...including my refurbished D7100 that only had 39 shutter actuations on it.

I think you can skip ahead and just do the most recent. Pretty sure I've done that. You'll still have to do two updates, the lens distortion thing is a separate file. Like Cindy said, you can likely skip the whole update thing.
