First time shooting at night...

Last night I took a few shots with the '71 on tripod and remote. I used the setting above "scene"on the mode dial, the flash symbol that has the crossed out circle. Also shooting live view. I wasn't able to adjust the time of exposure, some shots were at 20sec, some were less. I also was unable to go up in F stops. I just kind of set up the camera spur of the moment, and it was to dark to start looking for buttons and such.

Anyway, best one of the night.

The best way to go for night shooting is Manual everything, manual mode, manual focus. Then you are in control of all the settings. Oh and wear black clothing and not white/ bright shorts and trainers then you won't be seen so easily in the image :)
