Camera have been taking beautiful photos for a few years and now all of a sudden, all photos are underexposed and the people look more red. I use a Nikon sb-700 in ttl mode and the built in flash. Both flashes produce the same result. I have performed a factory reset but with no improvements. Any idea what may cause this issue? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated!

First off welcome to the forum.

Is the issue only when you use flash? Are you shooting in RAW or JPEG? Does the issue show up in the lcd screen after you shoot or only when you transfer to the computer?
