I have Nikon D 7100 .Ever since I bought I notice that in AF-C ,Single point focus, I am not able to move the focus point. It is fixed at the centre and doesn't move by moving the dial around OK button. How to enable the function by moving the dial around Ok. ?

Can you move the focus point array if you're using, say, D9 or D21?

Is the focal point is unlocked. You do this by moving the lever on the D button from "L" to the "Dot."

Why not click "reset ".
Whenever I have an unexplainable prob, I usually click reset shooting/custom settings. Somehow, it does the trick.

Obviously it could be a fault but my money is on something simple that is being overlooked, its easy to do,have you a camera shop near you that would look at it for you.

Updated to 1.03 , yet to update L but not solved
There are not too many ways a user can disable being able to move the focus point and it seems to me they've all been covered. What really concerns me is you state this has been a problem since you brought the camera home. That being the case I suggest you take the camera back to where you bought it, or to another shop where a repair person could take a look at it for you.
