Hey all... i have been doing a little bit of real estate photography and have had no issues until last week. The photos i take look fine on the camera and photoshop/lightroom..but when i upload them to a particular webpage they turn a completely different colour..i don't know whether i have accidentally changed a setting on the camera or its an issue with the page..i have attached the two photos below for you to have a look at... i know the colour on one is a bit red but i was trying to compensate for the changes the webpage was making but as you can see it didn't work!!! even if i try to adjust the uploaded one from the colour it has changed to it still reverts back to the way it is

The second one looks better You can't compensate for the webpage if it is changing things. Knowing what the website is using for their uploads and what the base website is would be something we would need to know Also what size photo are you trying to upload. If you are trying to upload a full size image of 4000x6000 px the website might be set to downsize it automatically to 400x600px. So you need to find out what the site is doing first. you never want to let the website downsize or upsize your photos very much at all. Better for you to control sizing in Photoshop yourself and then upload. Can you share the webite url with us? Also you o not say what camera you are using.

That looks to me like a possible color profile issue. Are you shooting/editing/saving your images in sRGB from start to finish?

Okay, in looking at the top shot in Adobe Bridge it appears it was in fact converted, at some point, to ProPhoto RGB (??). I think you might want to check your color management and see if there's something going on there. I have a feeling there may be an issue between the color profile of the pictures you're uploading and whether or not the browser is respecting that profile.
