Not Selling my D7100 Right Now

I was thinking of selling it, but have reconsidered since it will be great to have the D610 and a D7100 to compliment each other. Differing cameras do different things and it's nice to have a crop sensor AND a full frame. Unless someone comes up with a great offer, that's the way it will be. Does anyone else have those 2 cameras, or a 7000 and a 600, etc?

D7100 and D800. Wouldn't part with either one. Having the two gives me a lot more flexibility. If you can afford to keep both, definitely do it.

I have a D610 and a D90. It's always good to have a back up just in case something happens (I was really glad to have my D90 when my D600 was sent out for repair three times), or if you are in a situation where you aren't able to make lens changes quickly enough. The D7100 is a terrific camera so if you can afford to keep it, you really should. :)

I debated for a long time if I should keep my D300 when I upgraded to the D800. Instead I decided to use my Nikon V1 (now V2) more.

I kept my D7000 when I got my D600. I like having both DX and FX. The 7000 is used for reach and macro as well as a backup to the 600 or when I need to walk around ready to shoot without changing lenses.

My 600 is my night, portrait, and low light camera. 7100 for sports and all round camera. Wouldn't let either go; each has things they do better than the other.

I took it one step further. FX, DX, and Four Thirds (regular and micro/mirrorless ) :)

I had to sell my D7100...It got no love once I went FX.....I like the FOV of Full-Frame so much better...No more backing way up with my clients...The D7100 is a great camera...But Im waiting for the next D610 replacement to get ...Then I will have 2 Fx cameras to do events with..
