Hi I tried using AutoFP 320 to achieve high speed sync with Neewer 750II flash with a shutter speed of 1/1000 and got banding, also I tried the same with Godox SK 400II strobe and still got banding issue. Is there anything I am missing here...Please advice.

Your D7000 supports HSS, and is set correctly, but your flashes do NOT support HSS. This is the cause of your banding issues.

If you need HSS and want to stay with the Yongnuo brand consider either the YN685 or, possibly, the YN968EX but check for compatibility with your D7000 on this one. Both are hot-shoe mounted and support HSS up to 1/8000 shutter speed.

Paul is right, HSS is a Flash function so using a flash with that popular feature is required. The all but the lowest end Yongnuo series has that feature. I have the YN568n and higher power YN968ex which a bit more powerful than the Nikon SB9x0 series which I also have(6 flash total). There are several Godox models that have that feature also.
