New D7000 Flash Problem

I just got a new D7000 and was shooting a model with it. I have a Yongnuo YN-565EX ETTL with a small softbox for a fill flash and use the Nikon 50mm.
Here is a link to the raw files as I hope someone can spot the problem.

I am asumming it is some incorrect flash setting. Before this D7000 I had a D90 and never had any problems.
The thumbnails I saw on Dropbox looked fine... That is, until I downloaded five and opened them all in ACR. Now I see the image brightness is all over the place.

Were you shooting in Manual mode with Auto-ISO enabled?

I suspect you were because while the exposure settings remain constant at f/1.8 @ 1/250, Exposure Compensation bounces from -1.67 to +1.67 causing the ISO setting to go from ISO100 to ISO320 and over-brightening the images. The only thing I can think of that makes sense is that you were shooting in Manual with Auto-ISO enabled and if you were, dollars to donuts, using Auto-ISO is the source of your headache.
