Let me know how easy it is to take the cam in and out of the case. The opening looks small to me and I wonder.

Well Marcel, I have one now that fits my D7000 without the battery grip and it is very easy to get your camera out of, even with a 70-300mm. lens on the body. So I would say it would be no problem. But I will let you know when I get it how it works.

Well I got my case today from Linkdelight.
Well the verdict is…….. Not worth it, although it was just $6.49.
It is way to much hassle to put on and take off.
In the pics. My D200 which is a bit bigger then my D7000.
With a 55-200mm lens & battery grip.

In the long run, not worth the trouble. I guess if you are going out in bad weather
it would work find, but when it came to taking your camera out, or putting it back in while out in the rain, it would suck….lol.

This is the second part of my report on the case I just got from Linkdelight.
Well with a bit of work/practice I managed to get my D7000/w battery grip & my 70-300mm lens in the case. It is a tight fit, but it seems the case is stretching out and goes on and comes off a bit easier…lol.
I mean it is still a bit of a hassle, but getting better. I wanted the case to carry my D7000/w battery grip and my longest lens (70-300mm).

So now its just “One” thumb down J. I don’t know if I would recommend it, but I think I can make it work.

I have the case below by promaster, was about $20. Comes in different sizes (small fits my D3100 and 55-200). Very accessible and easy on/off. It is semi-ridgid for light protection and has a belt loop on the back if you don't want to use with your cameras strap. It's always on my camera when not in it's backpack.

I agree. It doesn't look very apealing either. I would have recommended something different such as the think tank digital holster / belt system.

Yes, its not the easiest case to use..lol. But for the price I will make it work.
I now have a system to make it work faster. I hope to be getting a Lowpro Slingshot soon.
I guess I was just looking for a weather case that I could carry a body with lens & grip when I was in places I did not want to carry everything along:). The holster looks nice, but the price is pretty high for something I would only use once in a while.

That's really promising because I am going to Florida again in 6 months and I wanted something sleek like that so I could leave the rest of my gear in the locker at the theme parks. Thanks for the review.
