Focus tracking with Lock-on questions

Do you find it more or less advantageous to use this feature? If you keep it on, do you leave it at the default setting of 3/normal or have you adjusted it to another setting? Thanks.

I normally set my focus to AFA & my point to center only. If I'm shooting at the races I set focus to continuous, center point. Hope that helps.
