Hi, I have just bought a used D700 and the installed Firmware is version 1.02 (Both A & B). The latest version is 1.04, which I can download from the Nikon website but I cannot find any download link for version 1.03 - Can I skip this an just go to 1.04 or do I need to upgrade in sequence first?
