Those are beautiful shots. Why did you sell the IR?

Shots are much sharper on my computer. The 5th one was my best IR this last time around.I had at least 3 IR's before that. One was a Goldie.

Why did I sell.; Addicted to buying and selling - still trying to settle in ! But I still say - shouldn't have sold. Guess I went against my BETTER judgement.

How did you go about selling it? Any particular site or method? I've been thinking about selling my D300 IR but it's such a limited market I'm not sure where to attract the most attention.

Larry, they look more like black & white than IR. Did all the photos come out like this?

Why send in your lens? What does that do?

IR changes the focus point of a lens... typically by back-focusing, a lot... so they re-adjust the focus point of the camera... and each lens is a bit different, so they calibrate the camera to either a known universal lens or a custom lens that you send them...
