Nikon D610 / Oil or Dust

Guys need your opinion. Is it Oil or a dust that appeared upper left of my Photo. I never change my lens and had an approximate of 2k shutter count. Thanks in advance.

Looks like dust. Go out and shoot against a clean blue sky or against a white wall and you can see it better Clean it and see it it comes back

Thank you Don, I'll do it. However, Is it possible to have a dust in the sensor even without changing my lens?
