Hi i have bought a p series filter and it fits lovely but any thing below 24mm and I get vignetting. So I am going to purchase a z pro filter as I don't have the money for a Lee filter at them moment. I was just wondering if the 77mm ring from the p will work on the z pro. Also what filters would you recommend me getting as I have read a lot of people have said that the cokin filters are rubbish. I can't comment as I have never used them. Many thanks ross

You need a low profile filter to shoot wide angle. Regular filters will vignett .

I don't really use any filters on my 16-35. As @Blacktop mentioned, going that wide I'll either see vignetting from the filter, or I'll get uneven color if I try to use a CPL. I've just ended up shooting that lens naked and make any adjustments needed in post if I have to ... which is a little odd since one of the reasons I went with this lens was because I could use my existing 77mm filters.

What about getting a step-up and a larger diameter filter? I'm facing a somewhat similar dilemma with my 12-24 sigma, that physically CAN take 80mm thanks to its weird hood, but will vignette (due to the hood) into about 16mm, but 16 is still FAR better than 24+.
