Black screen after click/ SD card type

When my Nikon D5300 takes pictures there is a click, the screen goes dark then another click and I can shoot again. This happens after shooting 70+pictures
Do I need a faster SD card or is there a problem with my camera> I am shooting in RAW.
What SD cards do you use? Lexar professional, Sandisk Ultra? Ultra extreme?

First off welcome to the Forum.

Sounds like you have the shutter mode in the quite mode. You click on the shutter and the mirror goes up and it does not go back down until you let off the button. It is a delayed action. Set it back to Single.
