Subject too dark

Hi all, I have purchased a D5200 more than a year. But this time when I tries to shoot in shutter priority mode and it constantly getting this message : "Subject too dark". I have increase the ISO and also decrease the shutter speed but didn't work at all. I'm getting all black picture when I view it.

following are the settings

1) ISO @ 3200
2) Shutter Speed @ 1/2000
3) Manual focus

Try a picture in Auto with NO flash. See what aperture, shutter and iso the camera uses. Those same settings should work in manual as a starting point.
