Problems with film black frames Nikon D5200

Why do I get black frames while exporting films from Nikon D5200?
The source is 1920X1080 and the output is the same in my export. I am using Adobe Premiere 12 while editing my film.

oops, sorry, you said video not photos. cant be of help then, gotta be some videographers here though who can help.....
