Does the D5200 usually come packed with acetate film on the LCD?

I'm just wondering if my new D5200 really is new...every other DSLR I've gotten has come with an acetate film on the LCD, but this one didn't (I don't mean the kind you buy, just the cheap packing film that you peel off). I called Nikon and, believe it or not, nobody could answer the question. Have other people gotten theirs with or without that film?

I can't remember if Nikon does that. You can post a pic and check the shutter count.

The D3200 had it. However, since the D5200 screen comes folded in it is not exposed, so it's possible that Nikon didn't feel it was necessary. Just checking to see if other people had it with theirs. There may be back focusing problems too, so I might send it back anyway.

Just to be sure check the actuation count to convince yourself it's not a used camera.

Mine was factory sealed and did not have the acetate on the screen.
